Is a standard blouse available in all sizes?

Unfortunately, the standard blouses are not currently available in all sizes. However, we have a variety of alternative blouses available in a range of sizes for you to choose from.

I've never worn a sari before, can you show me how to tie and drape it?

Absolutely! We send out step by step instructions on how to tie a sari with all our orders, which are also available here. Alternatively, many of our saris are available both stitched or unstitched, which means you can choose between tying it yourself, or having the hard work done for you.

What is the difference between a stitched sari and an unstitched sari?

Saris can be difficult to tie, or you may wish to drape it differently to the standard drape. So, we offer saris unstitched to allow for people to tie themselves, or stitched for those who wish to have the sari pre-tied for them.

How long can I have the outfit for?

The hire period is from the date which the outfit is received by you, the customer. You have the outfit for 7 days from receipt, and it must be returned no later than the 7 days from which the outfit is received.

Failure to do so, will result in additional charges being incurred.

Can I ask for style advice? Can I ask about specific outfits before I order?

Of course! We have a personal stylist on hand to give expert advice; from what colours you should go for, to what style you should choose.

I don't know which size I should order; can you help?

Of course! Please email and a member of the team will contact you. Please note, we will ask for your chest measurement and other measurements in order to recommend a size. If you do not feel comfortable discussing this, please let us know and we will discuss our recommendations based on usual sizes you wear. However, please note, this method may not provide the most accurate recommendations, but will we do our absolute best.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, subject to availability. Please note, additional delivery charges may apply.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes. All orders must be signed for upon receipt. Should you be unavailable when delivery is attempted, redelivery may be attempted, however, we take no responsibility for late receipts of orders should you be unavailable and our courier is unable to deliver your order.

Please note, you may not be issued a refund should you fail to sign for your delivery. All orders that cannot be signed for will be returned to us.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

At the moment, we are unable to offer delivery outside of the UK.

What happens if I accidentally damage the sari and/ or blouse?

If you damage the sari and/ or blouse, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible, by contacting, quoting your order number.

We appreciate that some damage may be due to general wear and tear, and there will be no additional charge for such instances. We reserve the right to assess and handle each incident on a case by case basis.

However, we may deduct costs from your deposit for damage including but not limited to ripped seams, hook/ button/ zip damage and stains. Please refrain from cleaning or repairing the items yourself.

Upon return of the items, we will examine the damage and determine if it is repairable, and if so, determine the cost of doing so. This cost may be relayed to you, the customer, due to damage caused whilst in your possession, which may include but is not limited to the retention of your full security deposit. Should the items be irreparable, or where costs to repair are significant, you will be liable for all costs to replace or repair the item. You may also be required to cover the cost of any losses, e.g. where we are no longer able to fulfil upcoming orders as a result of this damage.

What can I do if I can't return the items within the 7 day period?

Upon placing your order, we ask that you ensure that you book your hire period to begin around 2 days prior to your event, and allow for sufficient time to return the item. If you become aware that you will be unable to return the item within the agreed 7 day hire period, please let us know as soon as possible, by contacting Additional charges may apply where we are unable to fulfil upcoming orders as a result of this delay.

However, should you fail to notify us of a delay, a fee of 50% of your order will be charged if the item has not been returned 7 days after the original return date. If the item is not returned 14 days later, we will assume it has been lost/stolen and you will be charged the items’ RRP.

How do I pay the deposit?

Your £25 deposit is automatically added to your cart at checkout, and will be refunded within 14 days of your order being returned to us, subject to the items being returned in the same condition as it was shipped to you.

Deposits are payable per item as opposed to per order.

Do I have to pay to return the sari?

No, your order will also come with a prepaid returns slip. Simply reseal the mailing bag using the secondary seal strip, pop the returns sticker over the original postage sticker, and drop off to your local post office.

We kindly ask that you do not use sellotape on these mailing bags. These are recycled after use, and as not all sellotape is recyclable, this may make the mailing bag un-recyclable.

Please ensure returns are made within the 7 day hire period. Failure to do so will result in late fees and charges.

What if I decide to cancel my rental?

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact

Orders cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order will be eligible for a full refund except where the order has already been dispatched.

Orders cancelled more than 10 calendar days prior to your chosen delivery date will be fully refunded.

Orders cancelled with less than 10 calendar days notice will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery date will be non-refundable.
